Dear students, please answer five of the six questions of your choice, the score is the same.


1- A: What factors have been effective in shaping labor rights?


1- B: What is the importance of work in Islamic narrations and can the rights that have been given to workers in today's labor rights be deduced from Islamic teachings?


2. What are the specifications of labor law and what does it mean to say that labor law regulations are discriminatory?


3- In the divisions of jurisprudence, labor rights fall into one of the categories of jurisprudence, why? What are the characteristics of this category?


4- Is the workshop manager (who is in the employer's job) considered a worker or not? Why?


5. Define the employment contract in accordance with the labor law, list the characteristics of the employment contract and briefly explain the continuity of the employment contract.


6- Name the dispute resolution authorities of the worker and the employer and write down who are the members of these authorities? Where is the authority to protest the votes of these delegations? Can their final verdict be appealed to the authority or not?
