Kioumars Sepehri's Some of the Activities and Responsibilities:


Year 2002:

Responsible for publishing the magazine of the Association of Lawyers of Kermanshah and Ilam Provinces.


Year 2003:

Head of the branch of the Fund for the Protection of Lawyers and Judicial Employees at the Kermanshah Central Bar Association.


Year 2004:

Member of the Examination Committee and one of the officials of the monthly lecture of the students of the center and continuous cooperation with the center in order to promote the scientific and experimental work of the students.


Year 2005:

Activities in setting up training workshops and for a long time as one of the officials of this workshop and as a member of the faculty of the center.


Year 2006:

Exchange Judge of Disciplinary Courts, Member of the Transfer Commission.


Year 2008:

1- Election as a representative of the Official Experts Associations of Kermanshah and Ilam Province, Lorestan, Khuzestan and Chaharmahal Bakhtiari in the Supreme Council of Official Experts of Justice (Central Organization of Iranian Experts Associations) and membership in five commissions from seven commissions of the Supreme Council.

2- Member of the editorial board of the magazine Expert and Supervisor of the Supreme Council in the centers of official experts of Kermanshah and Ilam, Fars, Kurdistan and Hamedan provinces.


Year 2009:

Participate in the elections of the fourth term of the Board of Directors of the Kermanshah and Ilam Provincial Bar Associations and be accepted as a member of the Board of Directors (with the highest vote) and be elected in the elections of the Board of Directors as the Chairman of the Board.


Year 2010:

Acceptance of some of the juries of the Kermanshah Press Court.


Year 2011:

Participate in the election of the board of directors of the Bar Association of Kermanshah and Ilam provinces and be accepted as a member of the board of directors (with the highest vote) and be elected in the election of the board of directors as the chairman of the board.


Year 2012:

Selection as an exemplary expert by the Association of Official Experts of Justice of Kermanshah Province.


Year 2013:

1- Participating in the elections of the Board of Directors of the National Union of Iranian Bar Associations and being elected as the main inspector of Escuda.

2- Determining as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Arbitration Center of the Bar Association of Kermanshah and Ilam Provinces the Board of Trustees as well as the head of the Internship Commission.

3- Appointment by the Executive Council of Scudda as a member of the working group for drafting the articles of association for the Bar Associations.

4- Selected by Scudda as a member of the Working Group on the Regulation of the Fund for the Protection and Preparation of Draft Regulatory Amendments.

5- To be elected as the chairman of the board of trustees of the Arbitration Center of the Association of Official Experts of Kermanshah Province.

6- Selection as an expert by the Association of Official Experts of Kermanshah Province.


Year 2014:

1- Formal initiation of compiling the "Code of Professional Conduct for Defendant Lawyers" and "Professional Rights of Defending Lawyers" and determining it as the relevant official.

2- Determining as a member of the working groups related to reviewing the comprehensive bill of advocacy in Escuda and presenting constructive suggestions in the sections related to the organizational and administrative structure of the centers and the union, inspection, support fund.

3- The responsibility of the working group for reviewing the draft bill of the Comprehensive Law of Arbitration of the Islamic Republic of Iran and taking action in this regard together with the members of the Arbitration Commission of the Bar Association and full review of the said bill and official appreciation of the action of this working group.

4- Determining him as a member of the specialized working group for the transformation and promotion of the Association of Official Experts of Justice of Kermanshah Province, as well as a member and head of the specialized board for awarding the qualifications of accident experts.


Year 2015:

1- Compiling a complete "Code of Professional Conduct for Defendants 'Attorneys and Attachments" ("Professional Rights of Defendants' Lawyers", "Professional Assignments of Bar Associations" and "Ethical Charter of Lawyers") along with other members of the working group and presenting it to the centers. And the National Union of Iranian Bar Associations.

2- Election as an inspector of the Fund for the Support of Lawyers and Trainees of Justice, with the vote of the General Assembly of the Fund.

3- Appreciation of the Association of Official Experts of Justice for activities related to development and arbitration training.



Excerpts from studies, activities, and actions related to arbitration and its development


1. Participate in several specialized refereeing courses.

2. Establishment of the first arbitration center in Kermanshah Bar Association with several colleagues.

3. Launching a refereeing training workshop with other colleagues in the Bar Association.

4. Launching and managing several arbitration workshops for official judicial experts in the Association of Official Experts of Justice of Kermanshah Province since 2007 and the responsibility of the Board of Trustees of the Arbitration Center of the Association of Official Experts of Justice of Kermanshah Province.
